I put it to Vicroads that ANY lane should and can be used, Including bicycle and BUS lanes etc the speed through the traffic when filtering should be with due care and attention with NO speed attached. This just another attempt by Vicroads poor attempt to CONTROL what riders do...You people have no idea!
