Police on the phone (hand held) at the wheel is a common sight. Ask
anyone on two wheels. It's not just that it is illegal for the rest of
us, using a hand held phone while driving is as dangerous as driving a
car with blood alcohol level over .05.
Police phone driving sets a very bad example for other road users
especially when the technology makes this sort of risk taking
unnecessary.
