"JULIA Gillard will take control of rolling out uniform national anti-bikie laws, ordering the drafting of laws to be an 'urgent priority' at a meeting of justice ministers.
The Herald Sun has seen letters between Ms Gillard and the states dating to july last year, in which it is claimed a stand-off between jurisdictions was to blame for the delay to national laws.
She has ordered Attorney-General Nicola Roxon to expadite the issue."
